About us
Head chef Craig Lynch is joined in the kitchen by Senior Chef Dylan Kelly and sous-chef Mikus Krumins. Our chef team has over 50 years experience in reputable, high-volume hotels and restaurants in Kerry, across bar/bistro, restaurant and C&B.
We are based at the Kerry Food Hub in Firies and can deliver directly to Tralee and Killarney based customers.

You’ll also want to understand the impact on margins, labour and ingredients costs . We’re happy to work through that with you. We believe our products are cost competitive with in-house production, while offering benefits of consistency and quality.
